Key Requirements

  • 7+ years in software delivery tooling, platform engineering, DevOps
  • 3+ years in leadership or people management
  • Hands-on experience with multiple SDLC tools and platforms
  • Proven track record designing and operating large-scale developer platforms
  • Strong automation skills (scripting, IaC, PaC)
  • Experience with monitoring, logging, and incident management
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience
