Job Summary
The Manager, CAR-T Commercial Operations & Analytics is accountable for the continued implementation of customer experience enhancements to improve the CARVYKTI® end-to-end order fulfillment platforms.
This position will be responsible for collaborating with stakeholders to document the business case for system and process improvements, design the roadmap strategy for AI implementation within our order fulfillment platforms, and collect continuous voice of customer feedback.
