Job Summary

  • This role leads the end-to-end implementation of SAP S/4HANA within the Order-to-Cash (OTC) workstream, defining, governing, and making key decisions on order capture, credit management, pricing, delivery, billing, and collections across the enterprise.
  • The Global Process Owner (GPO) for OTC ensures global standardization, alignment with SAP best practices, and compliance with regulatory requirements, driving harmonization and continuous improvement cross-functionally.
  • Key responsibilities include leading process design workshops, approving future-state designs, driving adoption of standardized OTC processes, and validating SAP configurations and process flows globally.
