Job Summary
Drive the design and deployment of CIBC’s end-to-end operating model within PBB, ensuring integration and consistency across organizational structure, processes, and enablers.
Lead cross-functional teams through all phases of operating model design, from concept to execution and post-launch sustainment, leveraging industry best practices and facilitating effective change management.
Build strong partnerships with Business, Technology, HR, Finance, and other key stakeholders to align operating model solutions with strategic objectives and enable swift, smooth deployment.
