Job Summary

• You will be part of the CMG JBS India team, supporting the commercial real estate business in the form of supporting the quarterly/annual valuation reviews which includes Argus modeling, memo writing, financial statement analysis, lease analysis, and other ad hoc activities.
• Working closely with analysts and stakeholders from various global offices and supporting on the various process within the capital market team.
• You will play a crucial role in the development and maintenance of sophisticated pricing/valuation model updates, incorporating comprehensive cash flow forecasting methodologies.
