Job Summary

• UBC Building Operations provides comprehensive facilities maintenance, operations and renovation services for lands and buildings owned by the University of British Columbia.
• Carpenters perform skilled carpentry work on concrete forms, wooden framework, partitions and doorframes, moldings installation, stairs, sub-floors and floors as it pertains to the construction, repair and fabrication of buildings and may be responsible for the manufacturing of millwork and wooden furniture.
