Essential duties include maintaining cleanliness of public and common areas, resident rooms, and bathrooms, as well as emptying trash and maintaining floors.
The role requires the ability to lift up to 25 pounds, frequent standing, walking, kneeling, and bending, and exposure to cleaning chemicals.
