Job Summary
The primary purpose of this position is to provide routine daily nursing care and services to assigned residents in accordance with each resident's assessment and care plan.
Employees must identify residents using wristbands or photo ID prior to care, meals, or treatments and assist with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and oral care.
The role requires accurate documentation of care provided in charts, flow sheets, and notes while reporting all accidents, incidents, or grievances promptly.
