Employees must ensure the safety and comfort of residents by assisting with bathing, dressing, feeding, and mobility while maintaining strict confidentiality of health information.
The role requires regular communication with nursing staff and supervisors to identify problem areas and promptly report any accidents, incidents, or suspected abuse.
