Key Requirements
Degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science
At least three years experience leading engineering teams
Experience building distributed systems
Experience designing software architectures
Experience with cloud-based software services
Experience with agile delivery approaches
Confidence recruiting, coaching and developing individuals and teams
