Employees must strictly adhere to policies regarding the protection of resident health information and promptly report any suspected violations.
The role requires frequent physical activity including lifting, turning, moving, and transporting residents into and out of beds and chairs.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Licensed Certified Nursing Assistant required
Assist residents with daily living activities
Monitor and record vital signs accurately
Maintain strict patient confidentiality HIPAA
Report changes in resident condition immediately
Nice-to-have
Create warm and positive atmosphere
Cooperate with inter-departmental personnel
Participate in regular nursing meetings
Experience with restorative procedures preferred
Key Requirements
Must be a licensed Certified Nursing Assistant
Minimum 10th grade education required
