Job Summary
The Clinical Specialist will be supporting the DACH/EMEA team in regards of clinical-related questions, supporting marketing and education programs, and clinical conversations with doctors.
Key responsibilities include escalating clinical questions, addressing inquiries and adverse events, and providing clinical customer support for treatment planning predictability.
The role involves creating clinical content materials, e-learnings, and training modules, and managing customer and internal inquiries through internal platforms.
