Job Summary

  • Our Globalization Content team within our Growth organization is focused on building, maintaining and operating fully localized configuration, integrations, reports and Extend applications that meet our customer’s needs in global markets.
  • As a Functional Consultant, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful implementation of Workday's product solutions by understanding client business requirements, configuring the solution, and assisting in testing.
  • We provide a flexible work approach combining in-person and remote time, enabling teams to deepen connections and do their best work.

Key Requirements

  • 5+ years consulting experience
  • 8+ years functional experience in HCM or Financials
  • Workday Certification in HCM or Finance
  • Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience
  • Experience with at least 2 full cycle implementations
