This is a highly selective, three-day immersive leadership experience designed to identify and develop the next generation of technical leaders at Procter & Gamble.
Selected candidates will participate in hands-on business challenges, engage with senior leaders across IT, R&D, and Product Supply, and complete a final interview.
High-potential candidates will receive a summer internship offer for 2027 within their assigned technical function following the program.
