Job Summary
Assist Unit Leadership in assessing patient's functioning as well as developing and implementing treatment plans and services as patient’s needs warrant.
Provides direct care services to patient on an individual and group basis, to include but not limited to activities of daily living, social, and psychiatric rehabilitation per treatment plan, as directed by Unit Leadership.
Intercedes on behalf of customer to ensure they have access to required services.
