Job Summary

  • This position is onsite and reports to the Platform Owner, Integration, ensuring a thorough understanding of Agile principles, facilitating Agile ceremonies, and coaching team members to enhance their effectiveness in delivering quality software products and configurations.
  • As a trusted advisor to leadership, you will help shape Agile transformation initiatives, ensuring that Agile practices are aligned with our strategic goals, and facilitate the successful deployment of solutions that create value and improve service delivery for business consumers.

Key Requirements

  • 5+ years' experience in Agile coaching
  • Bachelors' degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Admin or related experience
  • Certifications such as Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Certified Agile Coach (ICP-ACC)
  • Experience in IT Product teams or Platform teams
  • Prior experience in a leadership role overseeing teams and projects in IT
