Mandarin speaking
Knowledge of F&B operations

Key Requirements
Minimum five years administrative experience
Mandarin speaking required
Working knowledge of Food & Beverage services and hotel operations
Proficiency in computer software including word processing and spreadsheets
Reading, writing and oral proficiency in English and Chinese
Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
