  • As the Senior Director, Monetization & Retention Marketing (Americas), you will serve as a senior leader within HBO Max’s Retention & Engagement team, helping define how we turn new and existing subscribers into lifelong customers for the Americas region (NORAM & LATAM).
  • You will own the development of our monetization strategy and lead high-impact initiatives that reduce churn and increase lifetime value.
  • You will partner closely with Product, Acquisition, Subscriber Growth, Brand, CRM, Retention Planning, Analytics, and Data Science to design and operationalize customer-centric programs that deliver measurable business impact.
