The role provides full spectrum personnel recovery subject matter expertise to DoD, USG organizations, and coalition partners.
Candidates will conduct exercise planning, execution, and assessments for combatant commanders as part of the Chairman's exercise program.
This hourly position is eligible for overtime and includes comprehensive benefits such as health insurance, 401(k) matching, and educational reimbursement.

Active Secret US Government Clearance
Top Secret/SCI clearance eligibility
Personnel recovery (PR) subject matter expertise
Exercise planning and execution experience
Joint operations and planning processes knowledge
Nice-to-have
Background in unconventional warfare concepts
Knowledge of adult education principles
Experience with interagency policy regulations
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree or comparable work experience
2 years of consulting and training needs analysis experience
US Citizenship required for clearance maintenance
Ability to obtain and maintain Top Secret/SCI clearance
