Job Summary

  • Provide support to Facility Director as well as Operations and Event Services staff for administrative, event and project-related responsibilities.
  • Assist Director and Facilities Manager in all facets of events and projects as assigned, including pre-event administrative elements, FF&E movements, signage, and front of house equipment set-up/tear down.
  • Maintain proper image and generate positive public relations with clients, patrons and staff, while providing excellent customer experiences at all times.
