Key Requirements

  • 3 – 10 years of experience in Project management / Project Coordination
  • Degree in business administration or related field
  • Experience in Real Estate Valuations or Capital Markets is an advantage
  • Exposure to General Business Management and Business Analysis
  • Experience coordinating Business Performance Improvement and Transformation projects
  • Exposure to Business/Corporate Strategy
  • Knowledgeable in all phases of the project management life cycle
  • Strong computer skills with MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word
  • Knowledge of SaaS/Project Management platforms
  • Experience with stakeholder management
