The ED Access Supervisor assumes management responsibility during the absence of the manager, educating staff on payer requirements and government rules and regulations for compliance and customer service.
The position requires monitoring staff performance through quality/productivity audits, taking action to ensure performance standards are met, and developing action plans based on satisfaction benchmark tools.

Key Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field PLUS three (3) years of registration and/or billing experience
High School Diploma/GED PLUS seven (7) years of registration and/or billing experience
three (3) years of experience in a healthcare environment
Two (2) years of leadership or supervisory experience
