Job Summary

  • The primary responsibility is to supervise the day-to-day nursing activities of the facility in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations to ensure the highest degree of quality care is maintained at all times.
  • This role involves administrative, committee, personnel, nursing care, staff development, safety, equipment, and care plan functions to support the nursing service department and resident needs.
  • Must possess a current, unencumbered, active license to practice as an RN in this state and current CPR certification.
