Key Requirements
Experience estimating on large ($50 mm plus) projects
Experience in all delivery methods (Hard Bid, CSP, CMAR, CMGC, Design Build)
Bachelor Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or similar
Experience with estimating software (AutoCAD, Primavera, Timberline, WinEst)
Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS Word
Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines
