Job Summary

  • Be the Face of HR for our employees in Canada to bring the desired employee experience to life by partnering with managers, COEs, HR Business Partners and fellow HR Partners on people practices and process execution!
  • Supports HR policy and compliance by ensuring alignment with global standards (where appropriate) and provincial and federal Canadian labor laws; updates policies, handbooks, and employment contracts based on regulatory changes.
  • Travel of up to 25% to site locations across Eastern and Western Canada.
