Job Summary

The role supports and ensures smooth 24x7 running of the in-country data center operations while acting as the Level 1 escalation point for onsite operational incidents and major issues.
The position requires coordination with contractors and vendors, implementation of ITIL best practices, and participation in internal and external audits to maintain high operational standards.

Must-have

M&E and network critical infrastructure knowledge
Incident, problem and change management
Safety and security policy compliance
Preventive and reactive maintenance
Nice-to-have
Facilities management certifications
ITIL and PMP certifications
Good contractor management skills
Ability to work under pressure
Team player
Familiarity with ISO and Uptime standards
Key Requirements
Certificate or Diploma in IT/Computing/Electrical/Mechanical Engineering
At least 1 year relevant DC or facility operations experience or fresh graduate with relevant qualifications
