Job Summary

  • The HVAC Operational Account Manager will manage processes for assigned HVAC accounts while striving to enhance efficiencies, along with serving as a point of contact to implement operational aspects for new programs and processes.
  • Work with clients, Operations Process Director and Client Operations AVP to implement and monitor operational processes, as well as create best practices.
  • Attend and assist with preparing data for Quarterly Business Review clients and present in a highly professional manner to executives and key stakeholders, both internal and external.
