Job Summary
You will be responsible for renewing, retaining and growing relationships with wedding vendors, ensuring they continue to see value from their partnership with us.
This is a telephone-led role combining account service & management, retention sales and high levels of client care.
You’ll be working to tight turnaround times, using your communication skills, empathy and problem solving abilities to navigate requests from vendors across the country.
