  • The Sourcing Project Manager plays a critical role in supporting EquipmentShare’s national growth and reports directly to the Real Estate Manager.
  • This position is responsible for managing the full sourcing workflow, beginning with initial lead generation exposure and transitioning into full pipeline ownership and Pre-Qualification management.
  • The position provides a long-term growth path into Assistant Real Estate Manager and Real Estate Manager, with increasing decision authority to disqualify or escalate deals and potential oversight of additional sourcing personnel as deal flow increases.
