The primary purpose of this position is to provide each assigned resident with routine daily nursing care in accordance with their assessment and care plan.
Employees must report all changes in resident condition, accidents, incidents, and suspected abuse to the Nurse Supervisor or Charge Nurse as soon as practical.
The role requires assisting residents with daily functions including bathing, dressing, eating, and mobility while maintaining a calm and positive environment.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Licensed Certified Nursing Assistant required
Monitor vital signs and record data accurately
Assist residents with bathing and dressing
Report changes in resident condition immediately
Maintain strict patient confidentiality protocols

Strong communication skills with nursing staff
