Job Summary

• The Manager, Healthcare Regulation and Compliance will lead and oversee the Company’s healthcare regulatory compliance strategy and risk management program, with a primary focus on the Company’s Senior Housing Operating Portfolio (SHOP).
• Key responsibilities include enhancing and implementing a risk-based program, reviewing operator compliance, advising on regulatory aspects of transactions, and tracking regulatory developments.
• The role requires a Bachelor's degree, 5+ years of experience in healthcare regulatory compliance (HIPAA, Medicare, Medicaid), and strong relationship-building and communication skills.

$155,000 – $215,000 per year; Discretionary incentive compensation; Comprehensive benefits package

• Willingness to adapt to a blended work environment (3-days in office)
• Travel of up to 10% may be required
