Job Summary

• The Organizational Development Training Program Specialist will assist the Organizational Development (OD) Department with logistical and communication needs, ranging from supporting training courses to department logistics and executing the communication and marketing strategy.
• Key responsibilities include coordinating training logistics such as participant materials, room setup, inventory, and onsite support during in-person courses.
• The role also involves creating communication and marketing materials to enhance program offerings and coordinating with the HROE communication team for maximum exposure.
