As essential function of the job, must be able to successfully pass an annual physical assessment Run/walk 1320 feet (1 lap around track equivalent) in 4 minutes Pick up 50lb from squat position Push/pull 100lbs for 60 feet Climb 8 flights (4 floors) of stairs while carrying a fire extinguisher in 90 seconds Kneel/squat for 30 seconds consecutively

Key Requirements
1 year of experience in security, law enforcement, fire, military, safety, EMS or customer service
High school diploma or equivalent
Valid Georgia driver's license and insurable driving record
MASADA defensive tactical training within 9 months of employment
Marcus Crisis Prevention Program (MCPP) Tier 5, or equivalent, within 6 months of employment
International Association for Healthcare Security & Safety (IAHSS) basic certification within 6 months of employment
Heartsaver or Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association within 3 months of employment
