Key Requirements

  • U.S. citizenship required
  • Minimum 10 years relevant experience or advanced degree with 7 years experience
  • Experience leading program development in commercial, defense, or space industries
  • Degree in STEM discipline
  • Experience with semiconductor device physics and processing
  • Experience with IC design flows and circuit simulation tools
