Job Summary
The Field Service Manager leads the service organization for the Chesapeake territory, managing installations, maintenance, and break/fix activities.
This role is responsible for a P&L with over $10M in direct revenue and directs the training and development of field service engineers.
Candidates will work remotely while residing in the territory, with up to 50% travel required to support clients and customers across Baltimore, DC, Richmond, and Norfolk.

Salary
Base: $120,000.00-$135,000.00; Bonus/Equity: Eligible for bonus/incentive pay; Benefits: Comprehensive package including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance and 401(k)
Skills & Requirements
Must-have
9+ years experience or Master's degree
Lead field service engineers team
Manage P&L exceeding $10M revenue
Drive operational performance and safety
Resolve high-pressure customer escalations
Nice-to-have
3+ years people management experience
Knowledge of medical diagnostic industry trends
Understanding of diagnostic analyzer specifications
Experience with Danaher Business System
Strong relationship building skills
Key Requirements
Bachelor's Degree with 9+ years experience OR Master's with 7+ years
Valid Motor Vehicle Record
Ability to travel up to 50% including overnight stays
