Job Summary

  • This is a high-impact, strategically critical role for the firm, collaborating closely with our broader Senior Hiring team to stay on the front foot of vetting the senior talent market, building thoughtful engagement and long-term relationships.
  • Conduct ongoing research to build Partner pipelines aligned to priority sectors, practices, and markets as set by executive leadership, and conduct Director research as needed.
  • The successful applicant will be eligible for a compensation and benefits package including base pay of $90,000-$120,000, annual discretionary bonus, comprehensive benefits, and generous paid time off.

Salary

Base: $90,000-$120,000; Bonus/Equity: Annual discretionary bonus; Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, Disability, EAP, FSA, HSA, Life Insurance, Commuter Benefits, 25 vacation days, 10 sick days, 11 holidays, 401(k) with 3% company contribution + 1.5% profit share

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
