Job Summary

  • Lead the development, validation, and launch of new product lines, including the oversight of DVP&R protocols and field evaluations.
  • Serve as the primary subject matter expert (SME) for TSE Brakes products for both internal teams and external customers/end-users.
  • Supervise and mentor Technical and Quality personnel, ensuring departmental alignment with company policies and performance benchmarks.
