Job Summary

  • Partner with stakeholders across the business to identify and implement people strategies that have a meaningful impact on employee performance, engagement and effectiveness.
  • Provide advice on everything from employee relations, award/enterprise agreement interpretation, organisational effectiveness, talent retention, succession planning, remuneration reviews and performance appraisals.
  • Deliver best practice advice and guidance on a range of generalist HR matters.
