Oversee Facilities Maintenance, BAS/HVAC, Custodial and Landscaping Services for approximately 1,500,000 square feet of college buildings, grounds, and equipment.
Develop and implement utility management programs, promote renewable energy and sustainability projects, and manage annual utility and Facilities Operating budgets.
