Job Summary

• The Associate Director Contract Drafting will draft reinsurance contracts, interests and liabilities agreements and related documents in coordination with brokers, clients and reinsurers in the Treaty Reinsurance market.
• Create, develop and maintain reinsurance contract documentation and use knowledge of insurance/reinsurance concepts to assist broker teams with myriad projects.

Base: $125,000-145,000; Bonus/Equity: Discretionary bonus; Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, 401(k), PTO, parental leave, life/disability insurance
