Servicemen will perform maintenance, repair, and replacement services on commercial heating and cooling systems and provide labor and material quotes to support recommendations.
The role includes participation in weekend, night, and holiday call out service on a rotating basis and incentives for executed recommendations.

Base: $25.00-$45.00 hourly rate; Bonus/Equity: Incentives for executed recommendations; Benefits: Provided through local labor union
Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Commercial HVAC equipment maintenance
Mechanical troubleshooting experience
Factory certification through Service Technical Academy
Use of safety equipment and technical tools
Customer consultation on building efficiency
Weekend, night, and holiday call out service
Nice-to-have
Knowledge of pumps and VFDs
Experience with air handling and rooftop units
Good verbal and written communication skills
Willingness to join UA of Plumbers and Pipefitters
Key Requirements
Two years commercial or industrial HVAC experience
EPA Universal Refrigerant Certification
Valid driver’s license
High School Diploma or equivalent
Adherence to company Safety Program
