Responsible for the setup and operation of hemodialysis machines, patient monitoring, and intervention during dialysis treatment.
Supports the organization commitment to the Quality Enhancement Program (QEP) and CQI Activities, including those related to patient satisfaction and actively participates in process improvement activities.
