Key Requirements
Degree in Civil Engineering or related field
Demonstrated experience on large design-build, P3 civil projects
Previous experience supporting bidding process
Working knowledge of estimating and quantity take-off software
General knowledge of estimating techniques
Ability to calculate mathematical extensions
Ability to read and understand engineering drawings
