Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in engineering
12+ years progressive leadership experience
4+ years leadership in water infrastructure delivery
Professional Engineer (PE) license
DBIA Certification
Experience with FPDB, PDB, CMAR, DBO, or P3 models
Established water infrastructure market relationships
Willingness to travel domestically and internationally
