Assist with server and associate's needs, set and reset tables before, during and after service periods with clean polished silverware, glassware, share plates and napkins as necessary.
Pre-bus and bussing of tables during service period; assist servers with service steps where necessary; clean all spills, and broken glassware/dishes immediately, use floor signs when necessary and maintain cleanliness of the restaurant.
