Join Allstate’s in-house legal team, Claim Litigation, a division of Global Litigation, managing matters involving allegations of bad faith and extra-contractual exposure against the Company.
Provide guidance to the Claims Organization regarding insurance claims of heightened exposure, complex extra-contractual matters, bad faith, and other major claim-related litigation.
Work closely with outside counsel and the Claims Organization in the oversight of high exposure and complex claims in litigation.
