Job Summary
Design, implement, and oversee cross-functional talent, career and performance programs that ensure we attract, retain, and develop top talent worldwide, while aligning talent strategies with business objectives.
Collaborating with senior leaders, HR Business Partners, and other stakeholders across regions, you will drive initiatives that enhance our global talent pipeline, support international career mobility, and strengthen our organizational success.
A key focus of this role is bridging cultural differences – for example between China, the US, and the EU – and enabling leaders and employees to work effectively in a multicultural environment.
