** The Dow Event Center is seeking a Facility Maintenance Technician with painting skills to perform general building maintenance and repair tasks. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of relevant experience, strong mechanical abilities, and the capability to work in a fast-paced environment. **

Job Summary

  • Responsible for general building maintenance repair including but not limited to the repair/replacement of bathroom door hardware, ceiling tiles seats, furniture, HVAC, plumbing, light electrical, roof and field assistance.
  • Demonstrate attention to detail, willingness to cross train, and ability to learn on the job.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends and holidays, in addition to normal business hours.
