  • You will advise the microscopy department on intellectual property rights, patent strategies, and the legal establishment, defense, and enforcement of the IP portfolio.
  • Your responsibilities include building and maintaining the national and international IP portfolio, analyzing legal developments, and managing opposition, nullity, and enforcement proceedings.
  • The role requires you to train internal teams and external partners, ensuring a strong understanding of IP matters across the organization.
