Job Summary

  • As a Child and Family Remote Support Worker, you’ll be encouraged to grow, develop and feel empowered to make the everyday easier for the people we care so passionately about.
  • By joining our team, you will be working alongside fellow RAFS workers located in Mt Isa, Emerald, Mareeba and Longreach.
  • This is a unique opportunity to explore the rural and remote outback of QLD while visiting children and families on stations, in communities, and learning about rural life and working with stakeholders who are committed to supporting families and children to reach their best outcomes.

Base: $44.58 p/h + Super; Benefits: $15,900 NFP Salary Packaging

  • Tertiary Qualification or working towards Diploma or higher in Children’s services /Counselling/Community Services or similar, or be willing to study
